Need help
Is there anyone out there with expertise in using the S2 style system customization to create a style, and would be willing to put together a not-too-complex custom style for me, which would be embedded into a page on the Phrontistery? Just a brief look at the S2 programming language tells me that it is so different from anything I've used that to learn it would be frustrating and pointless. In return, I would be happy to send you books, exchange some service in any area in which I have expertise, or if you like/need, I can pay cash.

Current Mood: tired tired

I can't help but everything_lj might be able to. You can also check out the communities from this search.

Assuming you're referring to what you said in http://forthright.livejournal.com/136902.html?thread=883142#t883142, is there a S2 style that would come close if you could remove what you don't want from it?

(Note: not committing to anything - I'm stretched thin ATM, and will likely remain that way for the next week or 3 at least.)

Yes, there are several that would work without too much difficulty. Really all I'm looking for is a style without any sidebar, that doesn't attach user icons to each post, and in which all the title / heading stuff can be easily removed, leaving just the entries (in a moderately spaced font) and the navigation bar ('back 20 entries', or whatever). Seems like Generator might do that reasonably well, if the heading material could be eliminated. Others might also work.

Are you still interested in this?

Yes, I am. I haven't been able to figure out how to get what I want on my own.
